Rusche Brothers Butchering will be open for processing deer during October + November 2025.

Drop Off

Before dropping off a deer it must be checked in with the DNR here.

Call (317) 448-0244 to coordinate drop off.

Pick Up

RBB will call/text once your venison is ready for pick up.

If RBB has to hold your venison for more than two days after the pick up call has been made, there is a $15 charge per day.

RBB has now partnered with Hoosiers Feeding the Hungry in an effort to provide meat to those in need.

Do I need to call ahead to drop off a deer?

Yes, to schedule any drop off, please contact us at 317-448-0244. Our contact information is also listed on the Indiana DNR website here!
Can I drop off my deer any time of the day?

Any deer being dropped off this season will need to be coordinated by calling (317) 448-0244
Where do I go to drop off my deer?

Pull into the drive at 3548 S 50 W Greenfield, IN 46140, stay to the right past the house and head back to the barn. You will be able to pull into the large door on the East side of the barn to the drop off location, and we will make sure to have someone there to assist.
Does my deer need to be skinned?

We do not require deer to be skinned; in fact, we prefer the cape still be on the deer. This helps prevent any contamination that can occur during transport. We only require that your deer be field dressed upon arrival. Should you want to skin your deer, feel free to stick around after drop off and we would be happy to help!
Do you do euro mounts?

Yes, we will euro mount your deer for an additional $150.00. This will need to be arranged at drop off.
Will the meat I receive be from my deer?

Absolutely! We take pride in knowing the meat on our table is from the animal we harvest. We guarantee that 100% of the meat you receive back is from the animal you harvested yourself.
Do you work with Hoosiers Feeding The Hungry?

Yes! RBB has now partnered with Hoosiers Feeding the Hungry in an effort to provide meat to those in need. There is no cost to bring your deer to us, and we may even give you a small gift as a token of our appreciation for the donation! How do I arrange to get my cow butchered?
